蒋学清 北京交通大学教授，硕士生导师，专业方向为应用语言学、大学英语教育、教材研发。发表学术论文20余篇，主持国家级大学英语教学改革项目5项，参加国家级大学英语课程标准研制项目2项，主编普通高等教育国家级规划教材8册；获国家级教学成果二等奖两次（2005年，2009年），北京市教学名师奖和宝钢教育基金会优秀教师奖（2008），北京市优秀教师奖（2017）。原任北京市大学英语研究会常务理事（2005-2018）；现任教育部大学外语教学指导委员会委员(2013-至今)、广东省本科高校大学英语课程指导委员会委员（2019-至今）。目前任无锡太湖学院苏格兰学院教学副院长。
Professor Xueqing JIANG, graduated in July 1985 from Nanjing University with a BA, majoring in English Language and Literature, and a Master degree in Applied Linguistics in July 1987 from Chinese Academy of Sciences. Working in Beijing Jiaotong University (BJTU) from July 1987 till Feb. 2018. Received further education twice from 1999 to 2010 in universities abroad in the fields of Literary Linguistics and Applied Linguistics.
l Academic interest: Applied Linguistics, English education, and ELT material development. Published more than 20 academic papers, and chief-edited 8 College English textbooks in Tsinghua University Press, Fudan University Press, and Peking University Press.
l Awards received: National Excellent Teaching of Higher Education (the 2nd Prize, 2005 and 2009 respectively); National Excellent Teacher Award by Baogang Education Foundation in 2008; Excellent Teacher Award by Beijing Municipal Education Commission in 2008 and 2017.
l Former Director of College English Department, the School of Languages and Communication of BJTU (2003-2018); the standing committee member of Beijing Collegiate English Teaching and Research Association (2005-2018), the committee member of Advisory Committee on College English Teaching of Guangdong Province (2019-present); the committee member of National Advisory Committee on College Foreign Languages Teaching of the Ministry of Education (2013-present).
