学院副院长（分管学生工作），民建，区政协委员，教育学博士生，硕士分别毕业于英国利兹大学人力资源管理专业和德国慕尼黑大学经济学专业。致力于高等教育的跨文化交流和教育心理学的研究。高校国际教育专家，中外合作办学管理经验丰富，并兼任无锡太湖学院国际交流合作处副处长，负责全校的国际事务和对外合作工作。

Associate Dean(in charge of student affairs), a member of China Democratic National Construction Association and district People's Political Consultative Conference. Mrs. Du is now a doctoral candidate in Education and she has obtained her Master degree in HR management from University of Leeds UK and Master degree in Economics from University of Munich Germany. Dedicated  to cross-cultural exchange for higher education and research on educational psychology, Mrs Du is a seasoned international education expert for higher educational institutions with abundant experience in management of Sino-foreign joint programs. Mrs Du is also the vice director of Office of International Exchange and Cooperation of Wuxi Taihu University, focusing on international affairs and program cooperations.
