陈小惠：南京邮电大学教授，东南大学控制科学与工程博士，长期从事教学、科研、教学管理和学科专业建设等工作，获省级教学成果奖一等奖、二等奖4项，省部级科技成果奖3项，开发智能仪器产品10余种，发表论文80余篇，SCI和EI检索论文30余篇，申请授权专利20余件，出版教材1部，教育部工程教育专业认证专家。

Chen Xiaohui: Professor at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Ph.D. in Control Science and Engineering from Southeast University. He has long been engaged in teaching, scientific research, teaching management, and the construction of academic disciplines and professional programs. He has received four first and second prizes for provincial teaching achievement awards and three provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological achievement awards. He has developed more than ten types of intelligent instrument products, published over eighty papers, over thirty of which are indexed in SCI and EI, applied for and been granted over twenty patents, authored one textbook, and serves as an expert for the engineering education professional certification by the Ministry of Education.
