二级教授，博士生导师，曾任职于南京理工大学、利物浦大学、曼彻斯特大学、南京信息工程大学，先后担任南京理工大学理学院副院长、南京信息工程大学数理学院、数学与统计学院、无锡太湖学院苏格兰学院院长、江苏省高校“6G网络与大数据智能化应用”国际联合实验室主任。历任国际期刊《Journal of Information and Computing Science》等主编、科学出版社《信息与计算科学》（丛书）主编、英国雷丁大学客座教授，以及在中国大陆、中国澳门、中国台湾、英国、泰国等国家和地区召开的系列性国际学术会议主席、学术委员会主席、论文集主编等。
主持、承担了8项国家自然科学基金项目，以及国际Leverhulme 研究基金会、国际自然与环境基金、英国EPSRC（英国工程与科学研究基金会）、英国（伦敦）数学会、霍英东教育基金、国家行业专项、国家留学基金（博士生导师类）项目以及国家、江苏省国际科技合作重点项目等若干。主持教育部综合改革试点专业、江苏省重点专业（类）、国家与江苏省精品课程、品牌课程、教学改革与教育工程项目、优秀研究生课程、重点教材、一类优秀课程等教育工程项目。获得江苏省自然科学一等奖（集体，个人排名第一）、江苏省教学成果特等奖（集体，个人排名第六）、江苏省教学成果一等奖2项与二等奖2项（集体，个人均排名第一）等。
主讲全英文课程“高等数学”、“线性代数”、“计算方法”等。
Jiang Yong, Professor, Doctoral Supervisor, formerly worked at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, the University of Liverpool, the University of Manchester, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. He has served as the Deputy Dean of the School of Science at Nanjing University of Science and Technology, Dean of the School of Mathematics and Statistics at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, Dean of the Scotland Academy at Wuxi Taihu University. He is also the director of the International Joint Laboratory of ‘6G Network and Intelligent Application of Big Data’ in Jiangsu Province. He has held various editorial roles, including Editor-in-Chief of the international journal ‘Journal of Information and Computing Science,’ Editor-in-Chief of the series ‘Information and Computing Science’ published by Science Press, and Visiting Professor at the University of Reading. Professor Jiang Yong has served as the chairman of a series of international academic conferences, academic committee chairman, and editor of conference proceedings in regions such as Mainland China, Macau, Taiwan, the United Kingdom, and Thailand.
Professor Jiang Yong has presided over and undertaken eight projects funded by the National Natural Science Foundation of China, as well as several projects supported by the Leverhulme Trust, the International Natural and Environmental Foundation, the UK Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC), the London Mathematical Society, the Fok Ying Tung Education Foundation, national industry-specific projects, the China Scholarship Council (PhD supervisor category), and various key projects for international scientific and technological cooperation at both national and Jiangsu provincial levels. He has chaired comprehensive reform pilot programs approved by the Ministry of Education, key disciplines in Jiangsu Province, and has developed national and provincial quality courses, brand courses, teaching reform initiatives, educational engineering projects, excellent graduate courses, key textbooks, and first-class excellent courses. In recognition of his contributions, he has received several honors, including the First Prize in Natural Sciences from Jiangsu Province (collective award, ranking first individually), the Special Prize for Teaching Achievements from Jiangsu Province (collective award, ranking sixth individually), as well as two First Prizes and two Second Prizes for Teaching Achievements from Jiangsu Province (collective awards, with individual rankings all first).
Professor Jiang Yong lectured on ‘Advanced Mathematics’, ‘Linear Algebra’, ‘Computational Methods’ (taught in English), etc.
