卢绪梅，中共党员，硕士毕业于东南大学英美文学专业。持有专业英语四、八级证书和国际汉语教师资格证书；曾荣获第二届“羡林杯”生态散文翻译奖; 2014年参与白俄罗斯明斯克国立语言大学孔子学院教学活动；2015年参加教育部与英国大使馆文化教育处联合举办的英国汉语助教项目。有多年ESL语言培训经验，能充分调动学生积极性，注重培养和谐融洽的教学氛围。

Xumei Lu, a member of the Communist Party of China, graduated from Southeast University with a master's degree in and American literature. Holder of TEM-4/TEM-8 Certificates as well as certificate of International Chinese Teacher; she won the second "Xianlin Cup" ecological Prose translation Award. In 2014, she participated in the teaching activities of the Confucius Institute at Minsk State Linguistic University in Belarus; In 2015, she participated in the Chinese Teaching Assistant Program in the UK jointly organized by the Ministry of Education and the Cultural and Education Section of the British Embassy. With many years of ESL language training experience, she fully mobilizes the enthusiasm of students and delves into cultivating a harmonious teaching atmosphere.
