Wuxi Taihu University is a full-time private undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education of China. It is a key application-oriented university jointly supported by the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Education and the Wuxi Municipal Government. (2) 招聘要求（Qualification requirements）
硕士研究生学历，本科研究生专业相同或相近；能从事双语教学以及科研一线工作，胜任应聘专业课程讲授及科研任务；有高校教学经验和国家重点大学毕业者优先考虑。
Applicants should hold a master's degree or above, and be capable of conducting bilingual teaching and research. Successful candidates are expected to deliver lectures in their specialized fields and undertake research tasks. Candidates with prior university teaching experience, and graduates from prestigious universities will be given preferential consideration.
(3) 福利待遇（Compensation and benefits）
薪酬按学校薪酬管理制度发放，特别优秀者薪酬面议。
Salary will be determined according to the university's compensation guidelines, with the possibility of a higher salary for exceptionally qualified candidates.
