蒋银屏，扬州大学优秀毕业生，第一作者发明专利5项，GCDF全球职业规划师，高级心理咨询师，无锡太湖学院最受学生爱戴辅导员，连续多年获得优秀辅导员称号，成功申报江苏高校哲学社会科学研究项目两项，无锡太湖学院高教研究课题重点项目一项，大学生创新创业训练计划省级重点项目一项，目前担任苏格兰学院学生工作办公室主任一职，坚信不忘初心是克服职业瓶颈期的灯塔，愿意成为学生心目中温柔又强大的代名词。

Jiang Yinping, Yangzhou University Outstanding Graduate, the first author of 5 invention patents, Global Career Development Facilitator (GCDF), a senior psychological counselor, Students’ Favorite Counselor of Wuxi Taihu University, won the award for the Excellent Counselors for many years. I successfully declared two Jiangsu higher-educational philosophical and social scientific research projects, a key project of higher-educational research topic of Wuxi Taihu University, and a provincial key project of Undergraduates' Innovation and Entrepreneurship Training Program. Currently, I am serving as the director of the Student Affairs Office of the Scotland College. I firmly believe that staying true to my original aspiration is the lighthouse to overcome the career bottleneck, and I am willing to become a synonym of tenderness and strength in the eyes of students.
