邵中磊，中共党员，硕士毕业于英国苏格兰思克莱德大学，主修电子电气工程，在苏格兰有近8年丰富的生活求学经历，以第一作者发表SCI,EI学术论文5篇。在英期间，常年辅助负责中外合作办学学生初到英国的安顿工作，来访学者的接待翻译工作，对英国大学的行政教学体系有深刻独到的个人见解。2024年至今就职于苏格兰学院，本人热衷于从事志愿者服务工作，奉行‘兴趣是最好的老师’，希望用自己的经历给苏格兰学子的学习生活增加助力。

Zhonglei Shao, the member of Communist Party of China, majoring in the Electronic and Electrical Engineering (E.E.E), holds a master's degree from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland, UK. He has nearly 8 years of rich experience in studying and living in Scotland. He has published 5 academic papers as the first author in SCI and EI journals. During his time in the UK, he often assisted in the settlement of students who came to the UK for Sino-foreign cooperative education and provided translation services for visiting scholars. He has a profound and unique personal insight into the administrative and teaching system of British universities. Since 2024, he has been employed at the Scotland Academy of the Wuxi Taihu University and is enthusiastic about volunteer services, believing in ‘the curiosity will make life full of wondrous adventures’, hoping to contribute to the learning and life of students with his own experiences.
